A week has elapsed since the Jacksonville Jaguars made waves in the National Football League by signing former Gators quarterback-turned-tight end Tim Tebow to a contract, allowing the erstwhile pro yet another shot at gridiron glory.
While there has been no shortage of opinions when it comes to this decision, the reports from camp have been that despite his five-year absence from any NFL roster he is in great shape — even the proverbial best shape of his life. Now that the media has had a chance to look at him in action, the fans can also get a better feel for how much the 33-year-old has left in his tank.
On Thursday, the Jaguars held their first of many organized team activities in which the coaching staff focuses on installing plays, conditioning and mechanics. While it would be unfair to judge Tebow too harshly on how he performed during his drills this time, it certainly serves as a barometer for what may be in store for Jacksonville.
Here is a look at a handful of photo highlights from Tim Tebow’s first official appearance with the Jacksonville Jaguars at the organized team activities held on May 27.
